To complete your registration, you must first apply for membership.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a membership code and a link to proceed with your registration. This code will allow you to choose from the available registration options: regular and student. If you wish to apply for early-bird registration, please apply for membership at least two weeks before the early-bird deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• Cancellations received by 02.06.2025 will be refunded 100% of the fee paid.

• Cancellations received from 03.06.2025 to 30.06.2025 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.

• Cancellations received from 01.07.2025 will not receive a refund of the fee paid. You will also not receive a refund if you do not attend the event and have not cancelled by the deadline.
