Programme Draft

The first draft of the 2023 European Academy of Religion annual conference programme is out. Please, visit the conference website to discover all scheduled panels and planned events.

All timings, dates, and locations are still subject to change. The final programme will be published in May.

Panel proposers and paper presenters:

If you have submitted a panel change request since 31 March, please, keep in mind that these are under consideration and will not be reflected here until late April. The EuARe 2023 local organising committee will reply to each change request by email from euare2023@st-andrews.ac.uk once a decision has been made. If you are unsure of the panel(s) you are presenting in, please click here to see how to locate your panels or name on the programme.

Membership Campaign 2023

Starting today, the EuARe Membership Campaign for 2023 is open. Join us!

 

Members of the EuARe may be natural and legal persons as well as entities with or without legal personality, public and private, who share the basic inspirations that animate the Association and therefore who are involved in the study, critical analysis, scientific research or public understanding of religion and its interactions with society in Europe and the countries of the Mediterranean basin.

2023 members will benefit from the following:

  • Discounted 2023 conference rates (applies to a maximum of 5 people in case of collective membership) – Registration opens in early January. Confirmed 2023 members will receive an invitation letter from St Andrews containing the link to redeem their reduced registration rate. Members shall wait for that invitation and use the link provided in it to register for the conference;

  • EuARe patronage on scientific activities (seminars, conferences and other events);

  • Possibility to advertise calls for papers, grants, fellowships, and scientific activities on the European Academy of Religion website.

The annual dues are 100 € for collective subjects and 50 € for individuals.
